This Privacy Policy explains how Mahtani Pte Ltd ("LeadPrimer") collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, password (hashed), business name, timezone, and ICP description.
  • Resend API key: if you connect outbound email sending, your Resend API key is encrypted at rest. We use it only to send outbound emails through your Resend account and to read the delivery status of those same emails, so we can show you what was delivered and stop sending to addresses that bounce. We do not collect, store, or have access to your email inbox credentials.
  • Watchlist data: LinkedIn URLs and keyword phrases you choose to monitor.
  • Lead data: profile information, engagement signals, and verified emails we deliver to you.
  • Billing data: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers.
  • Usage data: anonymized page-view analytics via Umami (cookieless, always on) and product analytics via PostHog (only with your consent).

2. What we do not collect

LeadPrimer does not collect or store your email inbox credentials (IMAP, SMTP, or app passwords). We cannot read your incoming email. Replies to outbound messages are delivered directly to the inbox you configure in your own Resend account.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide and maintain the LeadPrimer service.
  • To send transactional emails such as welcome, trial, billing, and delivery notices.
  • To send outbound prospecting emails through your connected Resend account, when you enable outbound email sending.
  • To monitor service health and improve the product.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate LeadPrimer:

  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery, and outbound email delivery via your own Resend account when outbound email sending is connected.
  • Umami — cookieless, privacy-respecting page analytics.
  • PostHog — product analytics (consent-based).

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us at support@leadprimer.com to make a request.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, hashed passwords, service-role access controls, row-level security, and encryption of customer secrets at rest. However, no online service is 100% secure.

8. Cookies and analytics

Umami analytics are cookieless and load automatically. PostHog analytics cookies are only set if you consent via the cookie banner.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or the LeadPrimer dashboard.
