Service Description
LeadPrimer provides two one-time services: a verified lead list and an outreach campaign. The Lead List service delivers 1,000 ICP-matched, verified contacts as a CSV file. The Full Campaign service delivers the same list plus a written email sequence and a campaign sent on your behalf from our own infrastructure.
Ordering and Payment
All services are one-time purchases with no subscription, recurring charges, or lock-in. Payment is due at the time of order. Prices are as listed on our website at the time of purchase. If you purchase a Lead List and subsequently upgrade to a Full Campaign, the $288 list cost is credited toward the $888 campaign price — you pay the $600 difference.
Your Responsibilities
To deliver your order, we require an ICP brief describing your target audience — industry, job titles, company size, and geography. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete brief information. Errors or omissions in your brief may affect the quality of your list and are not grounds for a refund.
Once your lead list is delivered, you are responsible for how you use it and for ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including anti-spam regulations (such as Singapore’s PDPA and CAN-SPAM where applicable).
Delivery
Lead List orders are delivered within 3 business days of receiving your completed brief. Full Campaign orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery means the CSV and/or campaign setup has been completed and sent to you. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on brief complexity.
Refunds
Due to the nature of research-based deliverables, orders are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we are unable to fulfil your order to the specifications agreed, we will either redeliver or issue a full refund at our discretion. If you have concerns about the quality of your list, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Our Infrastructure and Your Domain
When running a Full Campaign on your behalf, we send exclusively from our own dedicated sending domains and warmed inboxes. Your domain and email systems are never used. You retain full control of your own email infrastructure at all times.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for the results of your outreach, including reply rates, meetings booked, or revenue generated. We deliver the list, the sequence, and the sends — outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
